Brief

The basic brief from the client was to create a conference on innovation & future shared information. There were guests coming from all over the globe. The environment had to have real impact and be visually exciting and engaging but comfortable for two to three hours.
The idea of a bamboo structure giving a South American rain-forest feel of warmth on a wet British Summer evening with an exhilarating entertainment show was at the heart of our solution.
We installed gardens of plants with the dinner seated in the planting and projected images onto the walls and ceiling and had circus pro-formers performing acts throughout the setting, as well as the intricate and highly skilled steps from the beautiful and captivating Brazilian dancers, made the evening an event to remember.
